Hi All,

Some of you may have wondered past the site over the last week and ... well ... found nothing. 1 of the drives in the server has been failing intermittantly. Thankfully, a new drive has been installed, data copied over and touch wood (taps head) all will be ok for now with nothing lost!

However, in the process of the new drive being installed, a few upgrades will have to be done to some of the software that the sites i hold use. Please stay with me while some of these upgrades are done, the only thing that will happen is that the site wont be here for an hour or so is all.

Apologies in advance but, only having limited time, upgrades can only be done at night time.

All the best,

Chris.

Me again,

I think i have sorted everything out now so fingers crossed! Most you wont see as it's all behind scenes, server management etc. but had to be done.

One tiny thing that you may or may not notice, is the social networking bookmark at the bottom of every post. It's a good thing to have if you want to get your post noticed other than here, thats if you have a Facebook account or any of the others listed there. If you want to see a MySpace one, let me know and I'll put it on.

Anti-spam has now been setup so be warned HA HA! Along with word censoring as well but i dont think that'll be needed.

If there is anything that you would like to see on the forum, please let me know and I'll see if it can be done or not. There is an RSS Feed system on here than can let you know when certain things are changed, posts added or replied to etc. If any one is interested in that, I'll see if i can understand how it works and set it up! Users with Windows Vista might find it useful as Vista has that annoying RSS Feed window on the sidebar that most people turn off.

Think that's all for now so if you see anything wrong or something doesn't work, please do not hesitate to let me know on chris@gsyrhc.com.

Take care for now and enjoy the site,

Chris
