For those of you who cannot open the membership form, you may need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader from http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

I would suggest you untick the option for Mcafee if it gives you the option. Installing Mcafee will interfear with your current anti virus already installed on your machine.
