Riding club feel that it's members may like the opportunity to learn more about showing and working hunter classes and have decided to provide the opportunity of a showing clinic on Saturday 25th April under the direction of a UK producer.
Areas covered within the clinic would be:-
Correct turnout for rider
The best way to present your horse-trimming, condition etc
What the judges are looking for- conformation, way of going
Correct in hand -how to stand and run up correctly
Suggestions on how to improve both horse and rider
Fee- £20 per flat category entry. All entrants would be required to turn out as they would for a show with the exception of plaiting, this is not required. Each session would last for approx 11/2-2 hours.
Numbers will be limited so a first come first served basis will apply.
